Good morning to all of you at Durango! I’m remiss in not praising you on paper for the wonderful experience you gave us and the 68 other members of our Monaco Norcal rally in April.

It was Tom, Sandy, Doris and my first time as co-wagon masters and there is no place better than Durango for helping to make what has been called the best rally in our 11 years of association. Not only is the resort a beautiful place to gather, but you, the people who work there truly know and provide the service that you advertise. It seemed that someone, from Bill, your GM, to the groundskeeper … and of course, all of you behind the desk were immediately responsive to any request or need that we had. Wonderful!

Beyond the attentive service and smiles that came with it, the facilities were superb. The large clubhouse was perfect for us. The girls loved the commercial kitchen as they prepared one dinner and three breakfasts. The living room was beautiful and peaceful for those after dinner chats that accompanied the ones by the outdoor fireplace. All of us found our parking sites to be perfect and appreciated the underground watering system.

All in all, you’ve done a great job of providing a deluxe experience. No wonder we joined so many who stayed longer … we didn’t want to leave.

Thanks again for a wonderful experience. It’s guaranteed that we’ll all be back.
