Environmental accountability and sustainability is integral to the Durango thinking. We've put a wide range of initiatives in place to promote and enhance everyone's well-being. Durango is proud to do our part, from water and lighting conservation efforts,to other green initiatives:

• Extensive recycling programs and onsite composting
• Landscape design that uses drought-tolerant plants
• No-Spray underground lawn watering system that reduces water usage
• Method® and Seventh Generation® non-toxic, no chlorine, no phosphates, biodegradable cleaning products used in all public areas
• Laundry facility uses all energy and water efficient machines
• On Site Storm-water run-off is treated using a “First Flush Treatment System” prior to entering the Sacramento River
• Our on-site vehicles are 100% electric
